How Long Will It Take For My Order To Arrive? 

Shipping times vary depending on your location. Following your order, we'll send you a delivery date estimation with your shipping confirmation email.

Part Of My Order Is Missing. How Do I Resolve This?

If you ordered more than 1 item, please be aware that it may arrive in a separate package at a different date. If you're still concerned to get in touch with our customer service team here, so we can resolve this issue. 

When Can I Get Free Shipping?

Almost all of our products have free shipping - with the exception of a few due to location restrictions. 

My Order Hasn't Arrived Yet. What Should I Do?

 Please wait a least one additional week after your estimated delivery date for your product to arrive. 

Following this time period please contact us here, so we can investigate further. 

I Received The Wrong Item. How Do I Resolve This?

 In the unlikely event that we send you the wrong product, we will refund the full amount to you after you have returned the item to us. We will reimburse the return shipping cost to you.
